FPS Series CNC Flat Wire Piston Spring Machine

  FPS series is especially designed for special flat wire springs. Its mechanism has solved the problem of uneven surface of spring OD and the problem of cutting with small spring index.  It is suitable for long term mass production and the standardized tooling significantly reduces the cost of new mold development. The products are often use for piston springs(spring index=2.3) and  H type PTFE oil seal springs(spring index= 30-50).
