Mandrel Transmission Mechanism
Featuring an integrated structure to enhance rigidity, significantly improving cutting quality and greatly reducing the frequency of cutter length adjustments.
 
Outer Diameter Slide
Designed with a four-rail structure, allowing the slide components to remain unchanged when changing right or left coiling direction. An optional Initial Tension Control Device can be added to further improve production quality.
 
Wire Feeding Structure
Developed from years of experience in forming ultra-fine wires, this new wire feeding structure achieves a feeding resolution of up to 0.001 mm. Even when using wires as thin as Ø0.1 mm to make springs, machine setup can be completed easily within 30 minutes.
